I build myself. When you call you get me, at the site visit I do the measuring, and when the roof goes on I am standing on it. On bigger jobs I bring in people I have worked with for years: electrician, plumber, sheet metal worker. But there is no salesperson in between.

Many of my customers live abroad and see their house a few weeks a year. For them I have a fixed way of working: key with a neighbour or in a key safe, fixed price on paper, photos every Friday, a video call when a decision comes up, handover on screen if you cannot be there. Payment by bank transfer.

I know the Swedish rules, Tingsryd municipality and the winters here. That saves you permit applications in Swedish, a roof open at the wrong time, and a bathroom the insurer will not accept.

You may know me from Facebook as Byggservice Micla. Same person, same work, now as a Swedish AB. Besides building and renovating I also look after holiday homes for owners abroad: water off in autumn, on in spring, and photos if you want them.
