Bathroom renovation in Tingsryd and around
The bathroom is where things go wrong most often in Swedish houses. Water damage almost always comes from a waterproofing layer (tätskikt) done badly or not at all. So we do the waterproofing to the Swedish industry rules and photograph every layer before the tiles go on. That way your insurance still holds in ten years.
We strip out, build new floor and walls where needed, apply the waterproofing, tile, lay underfloor heating and fit the fixtures. Electrics and plumbing are done with certified installers we have worked with for years; in Sweden you cannot do those yourself.

Good to know
How long does it take?
Three to five weeks from strip out to finished. The waterproofing has to dry in stages, you cannot rush it.
Who does electrics and plumbing?
Certified Swedish electricians and plumbers we hire and coordinate. You get one invoice from us and the certificates from them.
What does the insurer require?
That the waterproofing follows the industry rules and is documented. We photograph every layer and you get the photos.
Can I choose the tiles myself?
Please do. We tell you which sizes work in the room and price them in the quote. Buy them yourself and we take the material line off.
