New builds in Tingsryd and around
What we build most are attefallshus and guest houses: 25 to 30 square metres, insulated for year round use, with a bathroom and kitchenette. Many are ordered by people who want room for guests, want to rent out, or who want a small, easy to look after house next to the big one.
We also build garages, outbuildings and whole homes as main contractor, together with our regular partners for electrics, plumbing and foundations. You get one point of contact, a contract based on ABS 18 and one price.

Good to know
Attefallshus or bygglov?
An attefallshus up to 30 m² only needs a notification and a start permit from the municipality, not a bygglov. Homes and garages over 30 m² need one. We do the application.
How long does an attefallshus take?
Eight to twelve weeks from slab to key. The municipality takes two to eight weeks before that.
Who draws it?
We produce the drawings with a structural engineer for the notification or permit. If you have your own drawings, we build to those.
Does ROT apply?
Not to a new detached building. ROT applies to conversion and extension of an existing house older than five years, and only if you pay tax in Sweden.
