Groundwork and foundations in Tingsryd and around
Most of what goes wrong in a house starts in the ground. A damp cellar, cracks in the plinth, a deck that tilts. We dig, drain and pour so that whatever is built on top stands dry and level. We have our own digger, so we can take on small jobs without hiring machines.
We do foundations for attefallshus, garages and extensions, drainage and rainwater round existing houses, walls from natural stone found on the plot, and driveways in gravel or pavers.

Good to know
When can you dig?
March to November. In winter the ground is frozen; it costs more and the result is worse.
What happens to the spoil?
We keep it on the plot if you want it, otherwise we take it away. It says so in the quote.
Is a permit needed?
Not for drainage and foundations. A changed sewage connection needs the municipality's approval, which our plumbing partner handles.
Can this happen while I am abroad?
Yes, groundwork is the easiest thing to do remotely: you get photos of the trench, the drainage and the backfilled result.
