Roof replacement in Tingsryd and around
Most roofs we replace date from the seventies and eighties. The metal rusts at the seams, the tiles have cracked in the frost and underneath sit battens that have been damp for twenty years. We strip everything down to the boards, replace what is bad and lay new underlay, new battens and new metal or new tiles.
We finish the whole roof, including gutters, downpipes, penetrations and the flashing round the chimney. The roof is closed up every evening so the house is never left open. Not even when you are abroad.

Good to know
Do I need a permit?
Not if you put back the same material and colour. Switching from tiles to metal or changing colour a lot may need a notification to Tingsryd municipality. We check that for you.
When in the year?
April to October. Winter is possible but slower, and metal is harder to work in the cold.
How long does it take?
Seven to ten working days for a normal house. The date is in the quote and we keep it.
What if I cannot be there?
Roofs are the easy case. You get photos of the stripped roof, the underlay and the result, and we test the gutters in the first rain.
