Privacy policy

Törnamåla Bygg AB, org.nr 559404-4942, Törnamåla 15, 362 91 Tingsryd, Sweden, is responsible for the data you leave via the form, phone, WhatsApp or email.

We use name, phone number, email, address and photos only to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the work. Data is kept while the request is open and afterwards as long as the Swedish accounting act requires for invoices.

The legal basis is answering your request and preparing a contract, and for invoices the Swedish accounting act. Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after twelve months. Photos you attach may show your house and sometimes people; only send what is needed for the job.

We do not sell data and only share it with subcontractors who need it for the job (electrics, plumbing) and with the Swedish Tax Agency for the ROT deduction. The form and website run on Cloudflare and email goes through Resend (servers in Ireland); both are processors under a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. Google Analytics is used only with your consent, see below. On WhatsApp, Meta's terms apply to that channel.

Cookies: one functional cookie remembers your language choice for a year if you switch language; it needs no consent. Visitor statistics through Google Analytics are used only if you say yes in the notice shown on your first visit. Google then sets cookies (_ga, about two years) and receives anonymised data about which pages are read; the IP address is truncated and nothing is used for advertising. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of the page. If you say no, nothing is loaded from Google.

You can request access, correction or deletion by email. Complaints can be made to the Swedish supervisory authority Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.
