Four steps, no surprises. This is how every project has gone since 2022, including the ones where the owner was abroad.

You call or send photos
Describe what you want done and where the house is. A couple of photos on WhatsApp are enough for us to know whether it is something for us.

Site visit, free
Michiel comes out, measures, looks at what is underneath and asks questions. If you are not there he walks round the house on the phone with you. Within 60 km of Törnamåla the visit costs nothing.

Written quote
Fixed price where possible, otherwise hourly with a cap. Materials and labour itemised, ROT worked out if you qualify. Swedish standard contract, explained in English.

The work, with photos every week
We start on the day we said. Photos every Friday. Handover together, on site or by video. Invoice afterwards.
Guarantee
The Swedish consumer services act (konsumenttjänstlagen) gives you ten years to report defects. We stand behind our work for all of that time.
Payment
No advance payment for labour. On larger jobs we split the invoice into agreed stages. Materials can be invoiced on delivery. Paying from abroad by bank transfer is fine.
If something goes wrong
It happens. Then we call straight away, show photos and propose a fix before carrying on. No silent changes.
